Instructions for licence substitute:

Please open a new post and you set this to private. Explain your problem and attach

-> licence key of the product (+ purchase bill)

-> and the new mail address (if changed)

so that Inco can check your data.

If you got too many installations Inco will change for getting another installation to work.

Versions before v9 only Inco can handle - from v9 on you can check within your profile.

The licences are always coupled to the mail used for purchase - this must be also used if one registers (also with updates) or transfers to another person / mail.
