Can someone help or give me the redirect code to my mobile wordpress site? Google new changes I need this to be a quick and easy fix. my site to huge hit.

Please what I need is

1 Redirect code to use

2.What folder to put into? Do I need to create one? If so where and if there is any other things I need to know would be greatly appreciated.

I was wondering why this would work for one site but not another? I did the exact same thing but changed the url is it?
