Is it possible to create a frame within a page that could have its own menu?

At present our website navigation to the courses is menu tab / course list page / course page. I would like to have an embedded frame in the home page with its own menu so that the courses could be searched for without leaving the home page. Is that possible? Also is it possible to have a scrollable course list?

you can use the HTML object and insert it the HTML code for the iframe.
