Video in Media Player

Hello,
our customer bought WebSite X5 Evolution 11 and now has problem with video.
He added video as in old version. It posted error in preview: Install Media Player Plugin. He installed plugin and in preview it is ok. But... he click on video on website and it open empty window in internet browser and video runs in Windows Media Player. (see in attachment)
Can you help us? Thank you!

It's recomended to use mp4 file format.
Cause the preview is probably opend with a different browser (firefox or Explorer) then you use to view the website. both need correct plugin's.
