Hello Dionisis,

The video does not play because it is in Windows Media format (WMV) and most users will not have the necessary plugin installed in their browser to render it.

For maximum compatibility across the broadest range of end-user devices, you should ensure that your WebSite X5 media files are encoded to MP4 format before uploading to your server.

You can read more about this, here:

http://help.websitex5.com/en/v11/evo/index.html?ogg_video.htm

I have converted your file into MP4 format for you, Dionisis...  you can download it using the following link:

http://www.filedropper.com/88flauto

If you incorporate this file in your WebSite X5 project instead of the Windows Media file, then you will find that the video plays in the user's browser when viewed online.

Kind regards,

Paul
