Create page from hyperlink

I wish to create a web page from a hyperlink within a web page & then create a table on that page, searched the FAQ's but found no easy to understand solution.
Also can I copy & paste text from a word document into that table ?
My website URL is www.shedwest.com & the page I wish to edit is the "about us" page.

Sorry for the late reply. You need to paste the content in every cell since it cannot add all in different cells.
About the first question, do you have any example on what you want to achieve so I can tell you how to make it with the program?
