Someone placed a post with a download for a template called Alpines.
It is brilliant. It also had a link to a website called templatemo.com where you can download more.
The Alpines template was downloadable in the acceptable format for website X5 (.iwzip)
Who posted it and how did they convert the template files into the .iwzip format?

Alpines is not a template. It is project.
