Delete user automatic registration

I have got automatic registration on my site. One user has automatically registered but when she tries to log in, she is told that that user name is already in use. How can we work round that? One solution would be to delete her entry and get her to register again. How can I do that please or can you suggest a different solution?

Hello Duncan,
You can delete users using the 'Remove' button on the right-hand side of the screen in Step 4 Advanced Settings > Access Management > Groups/Users tab
Please see the screenshot attached.
Obviously if you delete (or create) a user then you will have to do a site refresh (upload to the web) before the changes will become apparent.
