I have tried to install the latest update (Version 11.0.7.30) but I am getting an Error updating 406. See attached file.
I have tried the update several times with the same results

The quickest and easiest way to resolve this is to download the updated setup file from the following location:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Once downloaded, right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator' (make sure that WebSite X5 is closed first! - you may need to reboot your computer to make 100% sure that no X5 processes are running)
It's not necessary to uninstall your current 11.0.6.27 version before installing 11.0.7.30, but make a backup of any WebSite X5 project files first (as is always good practice).
