Have two sites www.thecookiepantry.com and www.libertybellcoffee.com Since Google now ranks by your ability to be seen on mobile devices do you offer that feature in any version?

There are 2 ways to do it 1 is to create custom css script which makes the site responsive, the other is to create 2 templates one web and one mobile here's our demo http://www.x5tuts.com/template/spa this also passes the Google mobile test.
