Three (3) colums, Two (2) rows.
The column borders will not connect with the row border below. Make a seperate box border for the columns. Border connections work fine for other pages.

Are you sure the cell style is adjusted correctly? ( i have no time at the moment to check out the code)
please see if on the objects that you have the borders attached too are also adjusted. ( you need to set both object if you want them on a certain way against eachother.)
Pay also attention to both objects outer border margin settings, if you want them to touch, set the correct side for every object to zero.
