In your post on Webfonts, you say to open the ZIP file included when we purchased the program. The only link we received after payment was to new WebsiteX5 version 11. We did not receive a ZIP file and did not know to ask for it. Our website is published www.fairytaleeventsproprental.com but the font that appears on the desktop (edwardian script ITC and brush script MT) is not the same font as the mobile site. How do we make the mobile site display the same font as on the desktop?

Hello Olivia,
Webfont Essentials is a separate software, discrete from WebSite X5, and is produced by the company SoftMaker. It is not part of WebSite X5 as standard... it needs to be purchased as an extra:

Did you buy Webfont Essentials along with WebSite X5?
If so, then there is an email address on the page that I linked to where you can obtain after sales support.
You will need to use some sort of web font if you want fancy script on your website which displays identically across all browsers and end user devices.
Your desktop PC will be able to display Edwardian Script ITC and Brush Script MT because these fonts will already be installed on your machine. However, they will not be present on most mobile devices.
You can either change the font on your web site to one known as a 'web safe' font, or alternatively use a webfont... please see these articles in the WebSite X5 help file for further details:
