How to provide different prices for subcategories?

I need different prices for subcategories (Inhouse, Offenes Seminar). That's not unlikely, isn't it? Can I have that?

Hello Juergen,
Only the options have different prices but for the suboptions it is not possible to have a different price. You will need to create more options like "version 2007/2010 Inhouse" and "version 2007/2010 Offenes Seminar".
