I have received another idiotic answer from

Th funny thing, that now is really becoming irritating indeed, is that whenever I post a question, I cannot anymore reply because the italian incomedia team mark it as solved.

So I am foced repeatedly to post it again and in english language hopieng for a better outcome from the enmglish team.

Italian people are the worst of all with their "who cares" attitude, you shouild be careful when you choose an italian guy as a meaditor. Mostly are a bunch of idiots. Now, accordin to theri answers or should I say no answers, I feel I have watsed my tiome and money with this sofytware. I erwally shouyld opt for another one with a more serious and professional support.

The italian support team is totally unprofessional .

I have repeatedly asked how to allow FBV to capture the preview that I eman to be on my FB page oinstead of no ncapturing any image at all or even giving an error message whatsoever.

The first italian guy named Riccardo P. (the surname is not specified, very "nice" for a pubblic person who is supposed to give a proper customer support) replied with a MANAGE YOURSELF ANSWER:

TRANSLATED MEANS:

As I told you, the core answer is ...MANAGE YOURSELF

The second italian guy named MirKo Boschetti (Moderator) replied  so:

"Quindi hai usato WS solo per inserire una foto su FB...?"

Translated means:

"Soyou usedWSonlyto insert a photoonFB...?"

He is trying to be hilarious or what?

Who is so iudior to use an entire software like WS just to put pics on FB?!!!

Idiot is who idiot does!

Well the worst thing is that the post have been marked SOLVED by the team so that I could not reply at all and at the same time could not receive any answer whatsoever.

This is becoming kind of an abuse. I have purchased the software but getting stuck for a siomple thing like FB box integration in my domain?

Well, it's time to take action. I'm goinna put all these stupid answers on my FB narrating the antire story askinhg to all of my friends to share it so that people will be informed and avoid further purchasing of this crap
