Paypal processing

When processing an order the paypal buy now button does not appear on the confirm order page it shows up on the completed order page. A buy now button shows up on the confirm order page but doesn't seem to be connected to PayPal. The only way I seem to send the order to PayPal is by pressing the buy now button on the completed order page and there in no way a customer would know to do that. How do I fix this?

That will be send to clients email as well, even if they continue inside your website and pay!
you can not do anything with it.
There are many posts here dated even 2-3 years ago, it is what it is, but search for them, maybe some one suggested work around inside those old posts.
