how to download website X5 evolution 10 to a new computer with the same licence?the old one PC died.Can someone help me please?

First add your licence details to your profile, here:

Then you will be able to download your software from the following location:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Run the setup file as an Administrator. When prompted to enter your email address (during the activation stage) use the same email address that you used to originally register the program on your previous computer.
