Hover effects not working

Hello everyone,
I am new here and need your help. I am just creating my own wep page with WebsiteX5 11 Prof. Unfortunately, the built-in graphic editor (which, by the way, could include more effects) seems not to work properly, strictly speaking, the mouseover effects. I have tested nearly every browser (Opera, Yandex, Vivaldi, etc.) and only (!) Firefox is showing them properly. What is the matter? I would be very pleased if you could help me to solve the above described problem.
Apart from that issue, I am pretty impressed by the potential of this program. I just hope that the developers take care of their customers.

It should work, did you refresh your browser after making the changes, this good cause the new changes not to take effect, press ctrl-f5 before testing in your browser on the page.
If this does not help please provede a webadres so we can check it.

It looks good to me, some links seems not wright, try a full upload ! (best is to clean your host files before doing that)
Then revisit, refresh site and ry again.

Thank you once again for your advice, however, the simple solution is the following: I have to uncheck block third-party cookies in the browser settings and everything is working properly.
