I installed Windows 10 today and X5 Pro 11 seems to work just fine on my desktop system.
Just fyi, I had a very hard time with my tablet because I had to uninstall a lot of apps to create enough space to install Windows 10 on my C drive, which is a small SSD. Most app installers are too stupid to ask which drive you want to install on. They just assume C.

WebSite X5 is fully compatible with Windows 10.
It can be installed on any drive of your choice: you are not compelled to install on drive C.
