Crash Image Gallery Description

Hi team,
Everytime a try to add or edit a description on an image of gallery object, the program crashes and close alone.(adding screenshots)
I try to do all the recomendations you advise before, in other cases:
- uninstall/re-install Website prggram
- download lastest version of Website program and be updated.
- uninstall/re-install Micrsoft .NET Framework.
- download the last verision of Framework.
- Try it in a New blank project
- Use the Cleanup tool to remove the old .NET Frameworks...
And nothing at least works.
Any help or suggestions?

Hello Ruth,
The error is caused by the LPK.dll file of windows which is or missing or corrupt. Try to see if the advices on following link helps you since this is a windows issue:

Hi Claudio,
Thanks for your help and answer. Coincidentally yesterday I recieved a request to install the new version of Windows, Windows 10, and the new instalations solved the problem. Therefore, you were right with your suggestion, and the problem came from windows file. Only, it wasn't necessary to me to restore the file, because it was reinstalled itself with the new Windows update.
