Small empty rectangle  en

When I go to the site http://киров-уфа.su/ (xn----8sbexjzn1aj.su) I see a small empty rectangle (see attached scr1) it disappears in 2-4 seconds.
What is it? May be I allocate a counter script wrong (see attached scr2)? I put it before closing tag of the Body. Where it correctly to allocate?

It's strange but I have seen the same rectangle on page https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/dashboard
