How to install Media Player for Preview

What are the steps to install Media Player for the preview. I created a movie (video MPEG-4 720X400 29 frames, audio MPEG-4 16 bits) and with WebSite X5 E 11, I only hear the sound.
I found a FAQ by Paul giving the link https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/142064?hl=en&rd=1 to accomplish this, but it appears outdated and not on subject.
Using Firefox V11, Windows 7 (32 & 64).

Hello Terence,
Please download the following ZIP file:
http://files.websitex5.com/answers_topic_files/extensions/Extensions.zip
Extract the contents which are two files as follows:
np-mswmp.dll
NPSWF32_11_5_502_110.dll
Move these two files into the 'Extensions' folder of your WebSite X5 installation, which is normally located via the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\WebSite X5 v11 Evolution\Extensions
NB: please ensure WebSite X5 is closed before moving the files...
Restart WebSite X5 and check playback of the media files in the preview browser.
If you still hear only sound (no picture) then you probably have a codec/encoding issue... if that is the case then it would be helpful if you could upload the file to the net somewhere, so that we can examine it further.
