I also have upgraded to Windows 10. Unfortunately, in the process it transferred all my apps into a folder designated Windows Old. I cannot retrieve Websitex5 vers 11 or Webanimator and the Templates that I have purchased from you.
Please advise me as to how I go about re-installing and activating them.

For WebSite X5 you can find the installer under the "Downloads" section of your profile here on answers.
Download it and then proceed to install it and unlock it.
For WebAnimator you need to contact the support of webanimator on http://forum.webanimator.com

Install WebSite X5 and then during the installation procedure you will be asked to enter the activation details of the program.
