WsX5 issues with windows 10  en

WebsiteX5 12 installer crashes inWindows 10 and I cannot run the app. I cannot use the old version 10 of WSX5 either, it keeps crashing on me. Please help!

Hello Anja,

When the program crashes does it generate any specific error messages?  If so can you copy and paste the details here?

Hello Anja,

WebSite X5 is compatible with Windows 10.  We will work with you to resolve your issue.

Can you first please check that your Windows 10 installation is fully updated by going to 'Update and Security' within Windows Settings.

Having done so please reboot your computer.

Please download the v12 setup file again from the following location (in case the first download was corrupt for whatever reason):

https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads

Then please right-click on the WebSite X5 setup file and select 'Run as administrator'.

If you continue to receive those error messages then we will ask the Incomedia support staff to intervene on your behalf.  Please let us know if this is the case.
