Is v12 offer for the Pro version?

I received an email offer today (Oct 1, 2015) for x5 version 12 but would like to know what' level' or' grade' it is. Is this the professional edition or the basic version? Thanks. It looks awesome.

If you click on the link in the email as if you were about to purchase the product then it will take you to the store/cart where the details will be clearer - no payment will be taken at this stage so you can do that quite safely!

It seems the offer is only for the regular version.
Really bizarre, I got the same email, and yet when I go into my "Offers" says I have no offers availble, but I was curious of the same thing. I have brough many versions over the years, and was wondering if there was any incentive to buy 12 Pro at a deeply discounted rate as a result.
FYI, the versions I have purchased previously are 7, 8, 10 and even tried 11 (though 11 was refunded) but from different email..

I did finally get into the product page and discovered that the discount is not for the Pro version, but the 'regular' version. (?)
I did buy this version 12 anyway as I am hoping this version will be better for working across the different viewing formats of tablet, phone, desktop etc.
you need to be a pro version customer in order to receive special offer on pro version (this is my guess).
