Email from clients of emailforms on the website don't arrive in my mailbox

I have a website on which clients can fill in an emailform that is send to my mailbox and client receive a notice in his mailbox that he sended the mail to me.
It always worked perfectly.
Now I don't receive the emailform not in my mailbox. Client receives the confirmation that he sended it. But the form does not arrive in my mailbox.
Can somebody please help me urgently.

If the email form was previously working perfectly then the cause can only be one of two things:
Either your webhost has made some changes to the configuration of your server (perhaps even without your knowledge), or you have edited your WebSite X5 project in some way which has affected the form's operation.
Have you recently changed webhost? Have you changed your email address? Can you ask your webhost to check their email logs to investigate this issue for you?
Please try to think of anything at all which has been changed (no matter how minor) around the time that the emails stopped arriving in your own mailbox. Even a change of email program, etc.
