There is a calendar solution that is fully integrated with MySQL. The calendar has the ability to let all users see the calendars public events, and logged in users se all public events and private events . There is a login where You are able to input events. These events can be given a category. The admin can give users the rigtt to only view , register events and edit ( all or only the users own ) events. You can easily search the calendar for text, date interval and all or selected categories. The calendar has a lot of functions - You can import csv -files, You can have the calendar send e-mail-notifications x days before an event, You can have the calendar automatic delete events with a due-date more than xx days.

Can be set up in different languages.

It has SO many features that You should not believe it is for FREE.

I intend to use it for our club and show the tournament plans. Each tournament with its own colour, and the teamname as a category. Then the user can easily pick the teams he is participating and then see "his own"  tournament plan. I hope this will be great. The calendar can also be used as a booking system for example booking tennis lanes in a tennis club. You can give each lane a category. You can see who has made the booking, and when. You can set the system up to mail You when someone has made an entry.

Full calendar - go home.

I hope that INCOMEDIA will contact the author and make a integration/solution where the sign on to locked pages can be integrated with the calendar-logon. And perhaps a smart solution instead of iframes and/or links.

They could then take 12 credits for that integration and share the credits with the calendar-author.

Could this not be a good idea ?

I have now implemented the calendar in my site.

You can see it here : http://www.bramming-billard.dk/turnering-oversigt.php

And the calendar is here : http://www.bramming-billard.dk/turneringskalender.html

In the upper left corner of the calendar, there is a button where to choose view ( month, week, year ) and You can also select one or more categories.

Each category is a tournament-team

Check it out - see here for more : http://www.luxsoft.eu/
