On windows 10 can't start website x5 v9

I have the website x5 v9 and since i update my system to windows 10 i can't run the website x5. I tryed to reinstall but is the same. I can install the software i do the registration an when i try to run it does nothing

Do you get any sort of error message at all? If so can you post details here? Screenshots would be even better...
Have you tried installing and running with administrative rights... i.e. right-click on the setup file/program file and select 'Run as administrator'?
When you go to 'Update and Security' within Windows 10 does your system report that it is up-to-date with no issues?
Likewise, have you installed all necessary updated drivers for your computer's hardware to ensure that it will operate correctly on Windows 10?
