Version 12 Pro Keeps Crashing in Preview Mode  en

I upgraded from Version 10 Professional to Version 12 Professional.

I have imported my websites to V12 and have been correcting some errors in the display of my largest website (186 pages with ecommerce) before I upload it to the web. The problem is the software keeps crashing after a short period of time usually when I'm in the "Preview" mode.

Error Message: Incomedia Website X5 Professional has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Window will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I never get any available solutions. I have attached a picture of the error message.

Any ideas to correct this bug?

Hi Stefano, thanks for your reply.

The software seems to be ok now.  The old version was working fine just the new version kept crashing.  I just made sure my computer was fully updated with Windows updates, did some other stuff and seems to be working fine now.

If in the future it happens again I'll report it.

I haven't experienced the problem with older versions just V12.  I am using Windows 7.
