Hello Warren,
Thank you for the screenshot, but could you please post a second screenshot showing the text on the 'Details' tab of the error report? Or even better still, copy and paste the full text of the 'Details' tab here?
The first thing to do in a situation like this would be to try to restore from a backup... i.e. an earlier version of the project where everything worked correctly. You will find instructions on how to do that here:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/47713
Try restoring from the most recent backup file, and then proceed to try older files in order if necessary until the project opens correctly. At that point I recommend that you immediately export the project as an IWZIP file in Step 5, and keep that IWZIP file safe. If you experience any similar errors in the near future then you will be able to return to that IWZIP file and import it into WebSite X5, and it will provide a snapshot of your project with everything working as it should.
Please keep us updated as to your progress. We are here to help if we can.
Kind regards,
Paul

An error has occured.
This application will be closed and the project file will be saved in a temporary copy that can be restored at startup.
In order to help us improve websitex5 write a short description of what you were doing and send us the file with the error report.
that is the error i get
Then when I closed it I can access my file, I was able to add an image but when I add now the tex it stopped and wont load and it says unresponsive
Thank you.
Please try to click the 'Details' tab on the error message, which contains important information about what is causing the crash. I've attached a screenshot showing you where the 'Details' tab is. It would be helpful if you could reproduce the text which is shown on this tab here.
Have you tried restoring from a backup yet?

Thank you... could you confirm what Windows operating system you're currently using, and whether or not you've recently upgraded?
Many thanks!

Windows 10 and did not upgrade the evolution sir
The error message would appear to indicate that there is a corrupt font installed in your Windows operating system.
Please examine the list of fonts in your Windows 10 installation... look for one identified as the following symbol: π (it looks like the symbol for the mathematical constant, Pi)
If you can find this font called π then uninstall it and then try to proceed to work with your WebSite X5 project again.
If you cannot find the font I refer to then please try to temporarily move all fonts installed on your system to a temporary folder, just to see if you can then operate WebSite X5 correctly. If the program works correctly at that point then try moving the fonts back to their original location.
If you continue to have difficulty then please wait for Incomedia to respond further. Please keep us updated as to your progress.
This is a Windows 10 related issue.
Many thanks,
Paul
