Activation problem

I bought the new version of the software websiteX5pro 12. The installation was done. Activation of software but not in any way. The instructions given to your website do not help and do not lead to a solution. Always occurs during the activation error 404. The same thing happened to updates of previous versions so some of them myself not to do. This problem is large and requires effort and time. Why does this happen? Please give the problem directly solution. With no other software does not happen to me this so I assume that the problem is on my computer. I've done and uninstall my computer protection software and the problem remained the same, without a solution.

The instructions you give to the address https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/25631 does not correspond to the new version of the software. Specifically, the photos 2 and 3 are different in the activation of the new software. Photo 2 differs because it does not show the insertion position of license key and only asks for email address. The photo 3 is not shown at all. I ask you to give immediate solution to the problem.
