Will Vr. 12 Pro make my existing template mobil responsive

I am using Vr. 11 Pro and would like to know if I purchase Vr. 12 Pro will I be able to use my existing web template and automatically have it become or convert it to a mobil responsive site?
I hope I don't need to completely start a different web template.

It should work But I never tryed persanally. You are free to send the template to me and I will import it and set it online in a test website so you can see how it reacts.
