Website evolution 12 error code

I have just purchased website evolution 12, i have installed it but every time i try and run it i get an error message "cefsharp.core.dll". I am using windows 7 and have tried all the suggestions i have found on here but no succes. I have win 10 on my Laptop and it installed and opens with no problems. I have both .net framework 3.5 and 4.5. I am using a 64 bit system but i have had no problems with earlier versions.
Can anyone help?

Can you please first detail all the 'suggestions' that you have already tried so far, as that will have a bearing on how we advise you further.
Also, if possible could you please post the full text of the error message, or alternatively a screenshot of the same?
