Website12 crashes on installation and won't load.

Error message says:

An error occurred while running the program.

Please reinstall the program.

(A procedure imported by ‘CefSharp.Coe.dll’ could not be loaded.)

Have tried reinstalling several times without success and same message comes up every time.

Unfortunately version 12 is not compatible with Windows XP.

The oldest operating system that v12 can be installed on is Vista.

Please see the system requirements page for further details:

Thanks for your reply Paul.

As I had purchased version 11 and it loaded without any issues I had not even considered that version 12 would be incompatible. If I had realised this I would not have responded to your "offer" emails to me and purchased version 12. This is a shame and, as I cannot therefore use the software, I will have to request a refund.

Regards

Simon

I understand, Simon...  I will mark this thread for Incomedia's specific attention.  Please note that their offices are closed over the weekend.  You can normally expect a response within 24-48 hours.

I should also point out that I'm just a regular user like yourself: I don't have any authority to process refunds, I'm afraid.

Best wishes...
