X5 Pro Crashes / Freezes up repeatedly

I need to have the same text appear on several pages so I attempted to copy & paste Text Objects from one page to another. This is what I experienced:
- - Open the master page
- - Copy the text or image object
- - Open another page
- - selected the cell and Pasted the object
- - The first object works
- - Hit the Save project
- - Repeated 1-4 steps
- - Program freezes - have to use Task Manager to kill the process
It would be nice to have an object referenced in other pages but I did not see any help to do this.
So the question is - am I on the wrong path or is this a shortcoming/bug in the program

There are some bugs that cause this, I'm still on ver. 10 and the same happens from time to time.
According to my experience most of the crashes (of this kind) are caused when there's a problem with the content inside the object you are copying, for example if you placed a text in the object that was copied from a word file (or webpage) and the text had some kind of format it is likely to cause a crash at any point, it does not always happens, but when it does it may cause you to lose precious time (The same with images) :/
So I would advice you to edit the content:
Change the format of the images and/or paste/copy the text from a plane .TXT file
and then try again...
.
Any how, it seems the version 12 is far from being stable, that's why I haven't bought it yet.

Thanks Luis; I always copy my text to notepad and then copy/paste to the application (x5); I tried it in various controlled steps and it happens all the time. Sometimes the Save works other times it just freezes up.
I'm going to try what was recommended in an old post - create the page with just the items that need to be duplicated and then duplicate the page iteslf - this is not the "normal" appoach anyone would take ... and I hope someone at X5 is noting these bugs.
I'm nearing my 30 days trial end - not having much success with my workflows and I'm inclined to ask for a refund.
I don't even know if support is paying any attention. I submitted a request for another issue with responsive header image links and it seems that communications could be a factor and the 24/48 hr response time is hit or miss - more misses if you ask me!

Please proceed to sending me a broken project where the error occurs, and explaining to me exactly what to do to get the crash.
You can send us an email with the project file (the file with .IWZIP extension) as attachment to file@answers.websitex5.com using as Subject “Post 131144 per Stefano G.”
If your project size is more than 10 megabytes, you can use online services like www.wetransfer.com to send us your project.
To export the project you want to send us, please use the function “Export the Project” in Step 5 and save it in C://.

It appears that you sent the wrong package of file. It should be just one :
"To export the project you want to send us, please use the function “Export the Project” in Step 5"
You should get a file with extension .IWZIP

I haven't been able to reproduce the problem.
You told me though, that sometimes the crash report would pop out.
It would really help if you could take a screenshot or copy somewhere the "Details" tab of the error popup and send it to me.

That dialog appears and disappears before I can do anything... Stefano, I don't know what environment you have but it is unstable here. I like the features but I have to decide if I can live with the instability.
There are features that would have been logical to have but are not there.
- Pinned mobile header with call to action link - at least for mobile; why ... what do people do call when on the road and the last thing you want is scroll up or down to find the contact number.

Does this problem occur even when copy-pasting text objects containing text written directly into WebSite? Or just when copying content from another source?

The latest updates "seems" to fix some stability issues but it freezes up when I make changes to both block changes and content - I have a feeling it's more the block changes - cell and row add/deletes

It would be helpful if you could communicate me the answer to the question I asked earlier about the source of the copied text, as well as your personal insight to what seems to be causing problems now after the update.
