Responsive Template Structure Error - Evolution 12

HI
I have recently started with website x5 evolution Ver 12 and started to build a basic template for my first website.
The issue:
When i attempt to access the responsive template structure menu, i get an error message and the program crashes.
i have tried:
- fresh blank template
- default template
- downloaded template
- reinstalled program
- install program on another pc
any help would be awesome thanks.

below are the error details from the window that pops up.
This was with a new project with a blank template, ticked the responsive design box then clicked on the responsive template structure menu.
Also my current time here is 9:04 AM if this is relavant to this error somehow?

In the meantime, it would be helpful if you could post what version of Windows you are using (on both computers which you have installed to).
Could you also please go to Windows Update and ensure that your Windows installations are fully updated with all listed patches and driver updates.

The problem is already known. The current fix is to check that Windows is not zoomed to 120% DPI but is set correctly at 100%.
In any case, this behavior will be fixed in the next updates.

Side note: Both pcs were running windows 7 With the display dpi on 125%, changed this setting to 100% and worked first time on both pcs.
