How can I make pictures looking smaller on my website?
Even pictures in a low resolution stay as big as a picture in a high resolution.
For example the 3 autumn pictures I put on my site : http://www.leonsautorijschool.nl/tips-en-tools.html I want them smaller.

Your webpage design in step 3 keeps pages to same size as you design them there.
If the widht on top is 3 blocks and you set 3 blocks below thhen they will alway align / occupy the same width.
If you want them not to use the full width of your page then you have to make other objects on that page bigger and set on the left and right side of your pictures an empty cell.
See my prtscrn. The photo cell are about 3/5 width of the text block wich is full width page.
