Template Activation  en

I own ver. 9, 10, 11, and now 12. When I try to activate a template on version 11, after installing version 12 I am getting a "generic error" message. What is this and how do I get around it? Also I think WebsiteX5 owners are doing us a misservice by not answering these questions directly. Hope someone can help.

You need internet connection for the templates. I have also these version and can install in v11 any template. But it will ask first for your login password from answers and then it will download the template.

So do you have inetrnet acces for v11 or is it disabled by a firewall ?

Which template are you trying to activate?

Can you please send me a screenshot of the error message?

Have you tried to run the program ad administrator with the right click options to see if this helps?
