Suggest moving to a subscription business model  en

Many of the companies that make the software products I use are now offering a subscription option in addition to a traditional license. For example, I pay for Adobe Creative Cloud one month at a time when I'm using it, which is not all that often. I don't have to invest a ton of money in it and I'll never have to buy an upgrade license.

No one likes buying the same software over and over again. If you want to sell me a V12 Pro upgrade, you'll have to do better than 40% off.

I would not buy a monthly subscription of any software, how can that be optimal?, the software is never truly yours.

For you may be good (since you only use it sometimes), but for the rest of us that work every day with different softwares is not good at all.

I agree with Luis on this point.  I have never invested in any software that is subscription based, and never will.  Perpetual license for me every time, with all the convenience and security which that offers.
