How can I access the promised Free Domain Registration and webspace

Dear Team,
I recently purchased and installed the software-Website X5 Evolution. The deal prices included free domain registration and web space for 12 months.
I don't know where to register my free domain and access that webspace.
I contacted the cleverbridge. They informed me to contact you. I could not login in the morning, which I could. I contacted on Twitter as well.
Any how, I would like to avail the Free domain and Webspace at the earliest.

I am not sure which one I am entitled for the free domain and access that webspace. The list contains three services.

You can pick whichever one you like: if they are listed in your profile then you are eligible for them.
However, be aware that the hosting is country specific, so choose one which best suits your needs in that respect. Also, be sure and choose a package which includes the free domain name in addition to the hosting (if that is important to you), as some deals are for hosting only, to the best of my knowledge.
There may be other terms and conditions which I am not privy to, but these would have been made clear to you at the time you purchased WebSite X5.
