Programma incompatibile con windows 10  it

Buongiorno,io capisco tutti gli sconti immaginabili e possibili ma se il prodotto non funziona non bisogna girarci intorno come si sta facendo con me,ho dei lavori urgenti da terminare ed altri da iniziare e da quando ho preso la versione 12 e scaricato gli aggiornamenti (su windows 10) non funziona piu nulla dandomi continuamente lo stesso errore, nemmeno la versione 11 funziona correttamente e mi da lo stesso problema, ho scaricato inoltre i framework di tutte le versioni come lo staff mi diceva di fare ma il problema persiste, rispondono ai post ogni due giorni circa e senza nemmeno risolvere il problema, oltre il forum mi sembra che non vi siano contatti telefonici quindi per l'assistenza sul prodotto, windows 10 nel test di compatibilità mi dice che ill programma non e compatibile,io mi sono stancato di rincorrerli,di certo non e una grossa e positiva pubblicità che incomedia si sta facendo. speriamo in una prossima risposta....e soprattutto risolutiva.

Buongiorno Emanuele,

ti consiglio prima di tutto di aggiornare il sistema con gli ultimi update, poi ripetere le procedura per reinstallare i framework partendo dal 2.0 fino al 4.5.2 e riprovare.
