Why is the object 1 and 4 (grey background) differently from other objects (blue background)?

The difference above means that the object 1 and 4 isn't included in the other responsive settings. Why not?

Hello Erik,
To include Objects 1 and 4 in the lower resolution viewports you need to click on the 'Start Show/Hide Objects for lower resolutions' icon in the toolbar (circled in the screenshot attached), then click on the Objects, then click on the icon once again to save your settings.
