Recently upgraded to Evolution 12 running on Windows 10, it is so unstable constantly crashing when adding items, previewing, saving currently waiting for the screen 'Updating responsive grid" to close, will have to end in task manager as its always happening, previous versions worked without any issues, almost impossibel to use and taking so much of my time having to redo the work which will not save

I sure hope they answer your question.  I have Windows 10 as well but have not bought the program yet.  If they do not answer and have a fix, I am looking elsewhere.  Don't try Web Easy.  It makes a great site very easily but destroys it when it publishes the site. I could not get any help because their support sucks so I just wasted that money.

Thanks Jerry, it is getting very frustrating and time comsuming, every time it crashes I lose all the work I have done, its crashing whilst saving so there isnt a way around it. just lost another page of work and photos and have to start again, version 10 didn't crash once !!

Hi Andrew,

I have had problems with X12 in windows 10 and foud if you go to prfrences in the start page and adjust the simultaneous processes down to around 6 this helps. Also Turn off responsive design until you have your pages ready then turn it back on again and update the responsive pages. Hope this helps until they fix it properly

Regards,

Dave Wilson

Andrew,

I work v12 with win10 and had no problems from the start. I even bought win1p to start working with v12 from the day it came out.

It could be that one of .net framework gives you trouble, you could remove it and reinstall and then try again, this ussually helps.

If you have a crash report it helps placing it here.
