Website X5 V12 backup

My PC (windows 10) is about to crash. Very unstable. I purchased Website X5 v12 recently. If I reconfigure my PC from scratch, do I have to purchase a fresh copy of Website X5 ?

No, just install and activate WebSite X5 as before. If you encounter any issues whatsoever, then just open a private post here on the forum, and the support staff will be glad to help you out.
Your WebSite X5 licence allows you to use the software on any two computers concurrently, and reinstallation is permitted provided the software is removed from the older machine (which it obviously would be in your case).

What I expected happened. Had to restart PC from scratch.
The download link is no longer working (installed X5 V12 more than a month ago).. How do I proceed ? My ref nbr. is 81228417.
Can I just download a test version and enter the activation key I received ?
. . . just have a look into your profile --> downloads where you can download the last version. Also you will find your regcode there . . .
