Odd result after publish.

I have several domains that I use for testing: My main domain is: http://www.sunvalley-bodyandpaint.com/ . Please open it and compare with: http://www.econo-turf.com/ . I have uploaded and delete many times with same result. Both files are exactly the same with different results. What I am doing wrong?

The CSS files are missing for your main domain. Compare the following:
http://www.econo-turf.com/pcss/index.css (CSS present)
http://www.sunvalley-bodyandpaint.com/pcss/index.css (CSS absent)
To rectify, hold down the 'CTRL' key whilst entering the Preview mode in WebSite X5. Allow the Preview to build fully by watching the progress bar at the bottom right of your screen. Then upload ALL your project files to the server in Step 5, not just those recently modified.
Clear your browser cache and test.
