[BUG LATEST VERSION] Gallery disappears in responsive vew  en

I've found another problem with the latest version of the program:

Please check this link:

http://bitmedia.cl/proyectos/X5_12_bug/

If you resize the browser or view it on a cell phone, the gallery disappears.

Can I go back to an older version (.17) so I can continue working?!

Luis,

If you have the download file on your pc, and install that one it should work. (I haven't tryed).

Hey Andre!

Yes I did Install the version 17, but when I tried to open the project I got an error (this project comes from a newer version blah blah...), so I had to manual edit the project file in order to make it compatible with ver.17

So, I'm back on track working with the older version, I have reported 2 important bugs so far, the ver.19 is not usable as it is right now, I hope they get fixed soon

BTW, the program should have a rollback option.

Luis,

Glad youre on track again!

The rollback option is not a bad Idea, set it as Idea post for Incomedia.

It should not be difficult to get the latest and prior full download file available and set this in the users download menu. Or any other solution that might work.

I just looked at my downloads but I don't have it. I am thinking about downloading versions that are steady but it would be much better if Incomedia made an effort for this somehow.

In any case, I am making backups regurly, now i will do so just before an update for the most important projects. It's a learning moment for everybody, Incomedia can't see for every adjustments cause there are somany options and everybody uses them differently.

Extra users on the beta test program will also help. (if I am correct you re alredy in there, so this is for specially other users)

Thanks !

Hello Luis,

I also noticed the same behavior and I already informed the developers. They will check the issue and, in case, fix it in the future updates. You will receive a notification of a new update in the opening screen of WebSite X5 and you can see the changes made in the updates on websitex5.com/changelog/v12 .

Many thanks!

Hello Claudio, thanks for the update, I really hope we can get a somehow stable version soon :)

What scares me most is the report of some users that are losing their whole projects because of crashes of the program.
