Update Windows 10 how open *.iwprj

I have installed compact 9 on Windows 10, I had the same program on Windows 7 befor. How can I open the projects *.iwprj. Dopple click will open the program but not the file. Going on "import" will not show the file. Thanks for an answer

The support for Version 9 is no longer available like announced on:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/128269
the IWPRJ files cannot be imported but these are generally the files in the project folder used by the program. To import a project you need to have an IWZIP file.
