4. Click Verify below.
To stay verified, don't remove the HTML file, even after verification succeeds.

Hello Erik,
The HTML file doesn't become part of your WebSite X5 project as such, although you can use WebSite X5 to upload it to the correct place on your server.
Please look at the screenshot I've attached. It shows the 'Website Export to Internet' screen in Step 5. First make sure that you are in the right folder on your server, by checking that you can see either 'index.html' or 'index.php' in the list of files and folders displayed (in my case it's 'index.php', which I've circled).
Now go to the icon on the toolbar marked with a red 'up' arrow (also circled in the screenshot)... if you hover your mouse over it will show 'Upload file to server' as a tooltip. Click on this icon and a file dialogue box will open allowing you to browse to the location of your downloaded verification file (on your own computer), and upload it to your server.
