Hello,
I would to open the html code and make certain corrections.
My site is http://ktiriodesign.eu
I have given to google priority against the www. form, but a seo analyser suggested me to add html code for that purpose. I would also like to check the H1, H2, H3 and p tags...

To edit the HTML code that WebSite X5 produces go to Step 5 and select the option 'Export the WebSite to disk'. Once you have made the changes you require then you can reupload individual pages to the server using the 'Upload file to server' facility in Step 5, or alternatively using a dedicated FTP client like FileZilla.
Redirection from the non-www version of a site to the www version should be done using an .htaccess file on the server as opposed to HTML code. Here is a tutorial on how to accomplish that:

With which program shall I edit html on the disc copy?
You can use whichever HTML editor you like and are most comfortable using.
You can even open and edit the files in Notepad, if you are on a budget.
