Registering Second User

I understand that my licence for Website X5 Evolution 12 allows two users to use it. I have "registered" and have created my first website. But I want to share maintenance of that website with another person. What do I have to do?

Your understanding is not quite correct, unfortunately.
The standard WebSite X5 licence permits a single user to operate the software on a maximum of two machines concurrently. The exact wording of the licence agreement is as follows:
"The term means a SOFTWARE that may be installed and used only by a single USER on a maximum of 2 computers at any one time. Consequently, the SOFTWARE must not be installed, displayed, shared or used concomitantly on more computers."
So a second user would need to purchase an additional licence (or multiuser licence).
