Shopping cart side widget

Hello,
Just a quick question. I'm wondering if there is a widget to tally the shopping cart items without the user having to go to another page.
Ideally i'm looking for something like the just eat shopping cart widget on the right hand side of the page.

You could do an Iframe in html or create a pop up window with the redirect and size it in the margin of your page in the size of the margin. That way it will atleast appear as if you havent changed page to shop. resize it to say something like 200x600 and have it appear offset x by taking your total resolution width and then subtracting 200 or the margin value.
